MIDI Pulse Looper Privacy Policy
This policy sets out how information is handled in MIDI Pulse Looper (the “App”), an iPhone app provided by Prototype Labs (“we” or “us”). Our policy for all of our services is set out in our Privacy Policy (in Japanese), but for the App, the contents of this page take precedence.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect any information about its users.
- There is no account and no sign-in
- The App contains no usage analytics tools and no advertising SDKs
- The App never sends any information to external servers
2. Your Recordings and Settings
The audio you record is kept only in your iPhone's memory. Loops are never saved as files or transmitted (uploaded) externally.
Your effect settings and MIDI assignments are stored only on your iPhone.
3. Use of the Microphone and Bluetooth
Microphone access is used only to take in the audio you record into a loop.
Bluetooth is used only to connect Bluetooth MIDI devices, such as footswitches.
4. In-App Purchases
The App Store (Apple) handles the entire purchase process and payment for the Full Version. We never receive your payment information.
5. Sharing Information With Third Parties
Since the App collects no information, there is no information to share with third parties.
6. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change increases the information collected, we will update this page before we distribute the version of the App that includes the change.
